FAQ

How long until I can pick up my art?

Everything has a turn around time of 10 days except for rush orders and kiln rentals will be returned in 3 days!

Do you do parties, team bonding, and kid camp events?

Yes! Call, text, or email us to reserve your date and time slot!

What if I don't finish my art on time?

No worries! We'll wrap it up and you can take it home. Bring it back as many times as you would like - no extra cost!

Can you fix broken artwork?

No, unfortunately if it did not come from our studio, we cannot guarantee the safety of the piece.

Are you open on holidays?

We only close New Years Day, Easter,  Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Any other holiday we will only close early, feel free to call and infer closer to those dates!

Do you take special requests?

Yes! Our wonderful members of the clay club are happy to take simple requests or we can go over importers to try to match your vision!
